Marta did my gel nails and I miss set say they are impeccable! So far, no matter where I went they always chipped but those are even after two weeks still tip top! Will definitely go again!
Great manicure. Only problem has been the last two times I have arrived I am always kept waiting as the previous appointment has over run. That aside the treatment, service and atmosphere is nothing short of perfect. Would be good if they got a hand dryer too for post manicure.
Amazing location. I just love the atmosphere. Loads of flowers and good music.

When I arrived, I was told that the manicurist I had booked with had run over with her previous client and so I would have to have someone else. I was led downstairs into a quiet room, away from the main salon. No-one offered a drink or to take my coat or anything like that.
The level of english spoken by my manicurist was very, very poor. She picked up my hand, pointed to one or two of my nails and said 'Short?!' I explained that my nails on one hand were shorter than the other because I had recently stopped biting them, but that I was trying to grow them and didn't want them all that short. She then began to file my nails, and after two I noticed that she was doing them incredibly short. I said at this point that they were too short, and explained again that I didn't want them all the length of the shortest ones, just tidied up so that I could grow them into a nice shape. She moodily said that she thought it was 'more beautiful if all same', and I replied that even so, that's not how I wanted it. She did the same thing on my other hand, filing them all down to the length of the shortest one. With respect, I don't care what she thinks about nails all having to be the same length, I've never managed to stop biting my nails before, and then she files them all off because she couldn't understand what I was asking for!! Unbelievable.
The selection of colours was really poor, she only had about 10 or 11, and I wasn't invited to see a bigger selection. On the plus side, she did push my cuticles back and moisturised my hands etc., but still, for the price (£15 for a basic manicure) I really expect to get someone that doesn't mess my nails up for the next two weeks because she can't understand what I'm asking for. I won't be going back.
