Except from my family and friends, this was the best thing that ever happened to me :D It was the best present I could have ever given myself :) the venue is very nice, clean and I absolutely love the paintings they have on the walls. Tomo and Serpil did a great job on me, they were always smiling, gave me tips on how to keep my hair healthy and did not let me get bored :) My hair looks amazing, just like they said it would, it feels healthier and it is perfectly straight and smooth and shiny without using any products or a straightening iron on it. Overall, a very good experience, worth every penny!
Worst hair dressing experience! Ended up being at the salon for 6 hours as the hairdresser (a lady) conpletely messed up my colour. Left very upset and still unhappy with the result.
Management also didn't seem to care or handle the situation at all. Very disappointing.
I had the best hair wash and message in this place and a very nice hair cut! Left the place feeling relaxed and beautiful. The lady that did everything for me has such a gentle touch,normally my hair are quite difficult and there's many of them so it takes ages to brush through knots but I was so relaxed that almost fell asleep!can't wait to be back!
Always a great experience with Anastasia and Manami. Both are fantastic nail artists - i've recommended to all my friends who have made bookings. The nails are amazing.
I had permanent waves done ar Tomoyuki, and it was a pleasant experience. The salon is on a side street from Oxford Street, I nearly missed it, but a quick call to the salon they spotted me! The staff are friendly, and provide me with a hot drink with biscuit when I sat down. Good start! I was consulted about the style I want (the perm was mainly to give it bounce and root lift, as my hair is heavy and straight). Happy with the results.
