Amazing place, best for manicure and pedicure. Very kind staff. Clean and comfurtable. The price for my treatment was good as well.
The shop is conveniently located right in the centre of oxford street.TOMO is extremely professional and skilful.He gave me the exact haircut that I wanted from the picture that i shown him. I was so impressed that i immediately booked a second appointment for highlights, which he offered me some informed and thoughtful suggestions.
Terrible. I went in wanting my blonde hair toned down, I came out with bright red roots and grey ends. I went bck to fix it, leaving the second time with bright orange hair. Thwy tried to make me feel like I was being awkward not wanting to leave with bright orange hair. It has cost me £400 and counting, so far else where to fix the mess they made of my hair. They have also ignorned my email asking if there's anything that can be done about the orange.
After having my hair cut here the first time after moving to London, I cannot fault it. The place is central so that I can go after work and tucked in behind busy Oxford Circus, once you step in you feel so tranquil and calm thanks to the staff and the ambience at Tomoyuki and Co. Excellent treatment and hair cut by Iris. I will keep on returning!
For the price of the treatment I wouldn't say I was impressed with the ambience or the service fully. It was not great having to go through a bag full of nail polish to chose colour. Nor was it nice to be in the room that we were in. If it was a cheaper price I wouldn't mind so much. The service in terms of getting drinks/magazine and taking my jacket etc was nice and the lady who did my pedicure was nice also.
