Amazing massage helped relieve my muscle tension and knots

The room was not quite warm enough (though I was an early customer at 11.30am) and this made it harder to relax.
I did fill in a detailed medical form which took several minutes, and didn't really feel it was worth the effort as the reception staff simply took it, scanned it quickly, waved it at the masseuse as if it were just a paperwork formality, and then we kicked off. Meanwhile the massage included several questions about injuries she noticed which I had already alluded to in the paperwork. So not very joined up.
The masseuse was excellent, a really good touch and excellent feel, she was really keen to give me the maximum benefit from the hour, it was definitely tailored to my needs and preferences.
I'd go back but probably end of day when hopefully the whole place is less chilly!
