I’ve been having pedicures by Miyuki for some while and moved with her when she went to new premises. On this occasion she went out of her way to be supportive when I told her about my husband’s serious illness and not only gave me a hug but messaged me later in the day. She’s one in a million!

The best care and attention! You are greeted personally. In foyer of The Charm boutique hotel and then off you go to your own personal treatment room!
The room creates an amazing treatment room. Calm and cool and the treatments are amazing. My manicures and pedicures and superb and I have never had such good and painless waxing!
