The actual blow dry was good but I want too keen on how my hair was washled and the sink/seat wasn't that comfortable or at the right angle. My hair didn't feel clean so although the blow dry was good, I had to wash my hair sooner than I wanted.

An awful experience. What I got is definitely not ombré - my brown hair has been died golden all the way to the root in most places. Certainly not what I asked for, and not what I showed as a reference photo. I had to go elsewhere and have it re-done immediately (and pay a lot of money again!!) I didn’t like the atmosphere, nor the way my hair was handled - very painful throughout and burns on my scalp from the hairdryer. I so wish I could get a refund, it’s been a nightmare.
