I rarely leave reviews, but this was one of the worst salon experiences. I arrived earlier than my appointment as they requested, yet waited for 20 minutes. The manicure with BIAB was rushed, with no proper cuticle care. Tools were old and rusted, making very squeaky noice every time and the gel polish was thick and streaky seemingly using old gels that needs replacing. Staff were unprofessional and careless. Poor attitude service standards definitely not worth it. I would not recommend
