It was an unpleasant experience. I asked for cat eye nail paint. There were lot of options displayed but they give a bunch of pre painted nails to choose from. When I asked about other options they said they haven’t kept that as they don’t turn out well. Then why keep extra display? Then the stylist got the wrong nail color and when I complained the other one said - it might not show against your skin color. Then I had to point out that the one I chose had purple hue n not pink. She was rude.

I had to have an emergency gel removal as i'd had a reaction to BIAB I had done at another salon. So it was great to get an appt so quickly and to be seen as soon as I walked in. I explained my issue and they also let me know they had HEMA free BIAB, so I could rebook with them to get them redone.
A really professional and friendly experience. Highly recommend.
