Very warm and welcoming staff. Heshw was great as always. Calm and relaxing environment.

The cut and blow-dry was fine. However, my appointment was changed by the salon twice, once at 24 hours notice as no stylist was going to be available because of taking holidays. I appreciate that staff have to take leave but this has to be planned in advance to ensure that appointments made are kept. I wanted the hair cut done in advance of an important event the following week and it was done only the day before, which left no time for the new style to settle down.
