I absolutely loved my hair, can’t fault Elif on that. I just prefer a slightly higher quality service…she was texting when I was explaining what I wanted, had to repeat myself more than once, and she took phone calls during my blow dry. It was very difficult to communicate as well and there was a lot of misunderstanding and repetition. But as I said, I loved my hair and maybe that’s the most important thing.
