My therapist was welcoming and explained the treatment clearly. This was my first time and so I was a bit nervous and embarrassed. However, my therapists warm smile, gentle voice and reassurance helped me enormously. I would defo go again.
Best colonic yet! The therapist is so lovely and you do not feel rushed at all - she also gives you lots of diet advice and is really knowledgeable. Great venue and they actually have great offers in the salon too - so you don't have to go through wahanda - wahanda have incorrect appointment times listed for this venue so best to check with the salon.
Unfortunatly i arrived late for my appointment even if i called to inform i had issues with the tube and i was refused to do it. Furthermore, there was a mismatch between my appointment and the wahanda appointment making my delay even worst. The place is really far away and there is no tube near by even if the map shows one really near. I would suggest to put on the website this info and may be some indication of the bus to get there. Also put more time between appointments.
The place looked clean and professional and it was just a pity after travelling for 2 hours to not been able to do the treatment. That left me really disappointed.
I was aware from the other reviews that this venue is not a luxury day-spa type salon but in fact a small room in a large doctors office/clinic. I had never had microdermabrasion before and due to a language barrier was not able to ask questions to my beauty therapist. For the price, £35 and and then the use of a £10 voucher, I was really pleased. The appointment started right on time and was 60 minutes exactly. My skin feels lovely and smooth. I will definitely return.
Go and have the experience of your life. I was surprised to see the modern equipment that was in place. Self sufficient it was. No one had to help you with getting ready it wad easy enough. I love my therapist she was calm polite and reassuring. Love the venue. Nice and clean. Well done everyone
