As noted by previous people this is not a day spa type place but is a medical clinic. The staff were friendly and professional and the treatment was on time and everything I asked for. The treatment was very reasonably priced.
I was quite nervous going in but the staff were lovely and very reassuring. I would definitely go back again.
The therapist did not understand much English at all when I asked a basic question of what the benefits of having a microdermabrasion are. The procedure was about 10mins. I was then left with a face mask on for 20mins. Followed by some cream and I was on my way. Everything was about 40mins in total and not an hour. Something I feel I could have done at home. Avoid!
Really good session eventually. Unfortunately this was a week after it was originally scheduled for as there was some sort of booking mix up that they apologised for. When I did have the appointment it was great.
It was a good treatment and the therapist was very kind and professional at all times offering help and advise.
