Raimonda is a perfectionist - both an artist and a surgeon! Her attention to detail is exemplary and she has a lovely manner. I had a broken nail and she built it up using gel - very impressed!

The best manicure in Richmond! Raimonda pays such attention to detail, my nails and cuticles always look flawless. I came across Top Coat by chance one day but was so impressed that I have decided to come here for all my regular nail treatments from now on.
