Overall, the appointment took me a little over 2 hours. The cleanliness of the room for waxing was very questionable. The light was really low, hence the lady doing it kept missing the hair on my arms and legs. Even I could not see but once I got home, I saw a patches of hair left on my legs even after full hair removal appointment. Mani/Pedi and Brazilian wax treatment was good.
