Booked via treatwell app. Got to the salon and they told me that they were closing and that the manager wasn't in to let them know that I had booked. They were going to send me away but I had mentioned that I had already paid and it was non-refundable. So luckily one of the beauticians was nice enough to stay behind for me and quickly take my gels off. Maybe I was just unlucky lol
Yasmine (shop owner) did a fabulous job on my gel nails French tips, I also booked in for a manicure for my daughter to get nails painted. She took her time to make sure my daughter was happy with her treatment and made her feel beautiful!! :-)
This was an awful experience as my booking was not picked up from the company and upon receiving text messages and emails from Treatwell, the company had no clue about my reservation since they didn't manage to have a working computer system all week. Not sure how you can run business and work with a third party booking site when you don't receive your bookings online, don't answer phones throughout the week, and when I come in person to speak to someone several days before they say they can't help me because they're not responsible for any online bookings. Poorly managed and will never do business here. Should not be working with online booking companies if they can't follow through.
I had a fantastic experience at Tops, the stylist was friendly and knowledgeable, and went out of her way to ensure my hair was perfect for the wedding I was going to later that day, I would recommend this salon very highly as not only excellent value for money but also extreme high quality service
