I arrived there and they said that they had no one who could do acrylics and they don’t understand why Treatwell had booked me for this. Very inconvenient.

A friendly atmosphere but not very organised. Also mani top coat took ages to dry. At home i can do what I want in 20mins. Even after an hr it was still tacky
Very friendly staff, the waxing was painless and quick. Left ready for holiday with perfect legs and bikini line ! Would definitely recommend

I was called an hour 1/2 before the appointment to be told the therapist wasn’t in so re arranged for the next day before work- half an hour after the appt time the store was still shut with no staff in sight - left after trying to contact the store and leaving a message! Thank goodness I opted to pay on the day instead of via the app!
