I had had a stressful few weeks and decided to treat myself. The staff were very welcoming and the treatment just what I needed. No fuss. Good price. The salon is basic and I was happy with that as it was reflected in the price and I didn't go there to sit in luxury, just to receive good treatment at a fair price. I came away feeling much fresher and my skin still feels amazing a couple of days later. I would definitely recommend them to you.

The procedure itself was not unpleasant, even though this was my first time with a Hollywood wax. The lady doing my wax made me feel very comfortable by chatting through the entire process and she was both professional and as gentle as could be expected. The reason for the 3/5 rating is due to the length of the treatment, which lasted for almost an entire hour, and the fact that it is a bit pricey, especially considering the location is not Central London. Additionally I received a small wax burn, though the skin thankfully flaked off in a couple of days and left no mark.
