The location was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The beauty consultant who I interacted with was extremely professional and friendly. The 4 star rating as opposed to 5 is due to the fact that my underarms were not entirely void of hair afterwards.

A bit mixed - haircut I had was done by Ana and I'm very happy with it. highlights are ok but I feel they were kept in the foil a bit too long - I'm not sure but they don't look as subtle as they had when I had them done elsewhere. toner wasn't kept for long enough I feel that it wasn't visible at all hence my hair colour was very similar to what I already had plus the highlights ... shellac manicure was quite disappointing and I felt it was rushed. my understanding of a manicure is that all cuticles are taken off - I still had quite a lot after my appointment and I had to redo it at home. a lot of varnish / top coat was applied making my nails look quite thick and also some dust bits & fluff are visible on at least 3 nails since it's a French tip you can see & feel it. having said that Anita seems very nice & hard working and I'm sure if she didn't have to rush my Mani would be quite perfect. overall I'd recommend haircutting services at this venue and I'm really looking forward to trying other services available. the staff are very accommodating and nice to all the clients.
The ladies here are very nice and Yasmin certainly knows what she is doing. Very pleased with the outcome

Andrea was really thorough and made a lovely job of my hands and feet. They've lasted a couple of days so far, which in my house is no mean feat!
