As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly and made to feel at ease. My hair was pretty dry and the colour was patchy after home dying a few times. I got loads of good advice and a lovely head massage while getting the colour washed out. The colour at the end was better then I could have wished for. Would definitely recommend. Thank you very much
