Very uneven rushed cut do not go! Salon was a mess with tissues and clutter everywhere, hairdresser was friendly but picked up a used towel scrunched up on the side to dry my hair. Asked for a few cm off ended up being a few inches. Very messy cut!

Dirty hairbrushes I booked for a wash & trim £25?? I thought they’d dry my hair after even rough dry I got charged £25 extra to blow dry ( dirty hairbrushes,?!) I Keept asking for heat hair shaft protector they kept saying after No?? Not happy Sorry
