I arrived at planned time of sppointment, the shop was shut, after 10 minutes I tried ringing the shop no reply I left message, nearly two hours later, I have not been contacted! I have requested a refund.

Best haircut, best blow dry and best highlights I’ve ever had!!! Bella was incredible - after a few bad haircuts at other salons, I just wanted to feel good and I definitely do. Thank you so much! Also the staff are absolutely lovely too.

Lovely hairdressers with fantastic people! I got a root dye and hair cut which I was very happy with, only improvement would be a more thorough shampoo and condition to get more of the dye out. But, that was easily fixed at home. Very decent prices for London. Would absolutely go again, and will just ask for a longer shampoo :)

I only trust Isabella with my hair color which is why I always go back there because she always know how to evenly color my hair and cover all my white hairs, and the color also lasts long. She is the best.
