I rang the salon as I was running late & spoke to Isabella- no problem she said. As it was I arrived on time for my appt. Alberto applied the oplex treatment throughly & explained each stage. There was a little confusion as Isabella thought I was having my hair cut-& I’m not sure why she didn’t do the blowdry, but Elkin did it beautifully- I loved it! I left with shiny, smooth bouncy hair. If anyone is hesitant about booking an appt - don’t be! You won’t be disappointed, I can’t wait to return
