When I arrived they told me my appointment had been moved 30 minutes later which it hadn't so I ended up waiting 20 mins. The venue wasn't very clean or relaxing, it looked like they were under renovation. My gel manicure was done well and the staff were friendly.

Simple and basic but good for a quick lunch time manicure. Wouldn't recommend as a treat... more of a maintenance quick fix!

I had my Gel manicure and Gel pedicure done in Topnails. The experience was great. Staff were friendly and very helpful,I had my hands and feet done at the same time so I could leave early for my meeting. The massage was great leaving my hands and feet feel soft and pampered even after hours. Gel colour lasted well even after 2 weeks. Definitely coming back!
Staff is nice and smiling, the place is lovely, central London location, the prices are reasonable, you can choose among a wide range of colour
