Other reviewers noted this, the salon is very basic. Decor is tired and uninspiring, and the atmosphere is really lacking. The nail technician barely spoke to me. Not sure they cleaned the manicure tools between uses. As I wasn't having gel I then had to sit with my hands under a dryer for a further time which was annoying, and one nail had smudged within an hour. Would only visit again in a nail emergency.

The ladies in the salon are lovely.
However, this isn't a salon- it's an extension of a laundrette shop.
The 'deluxe' pedicure was so such thing. There was no massage, and certainly no reflexology. There wasn't even anywhere to sit whilst I waited- it's a high traffic, bums-on-seats strategy with little attention to detail.
After sitting under a dryer for 20mins I was sent on my way. Less than 10 minutes later, the polish was completely ruined. I paid £40 for a glorified foot scrub. Have requested full refund

I paid for full gel manicure but they only gave me the express and then instead of offering me a refund of the price difference they said I could only have a voucher. They seemed very keen to get people out of there as soon as possible.
