I went to top nails to have my acrylic nail extensions refilled. the service was good and I was happy with the results
Avoid this place at all costs I came in yesterday, after confirming on the phone that a basic shellac manicure is £25. I had the most basic of treatments - no actual manicure to my hands or cuticles. My existing shellac was taken off and new shellac put on. The colour seemed rushed and my nails were cut to different lengths - some filed down far too short (after telling her what length I wanted.) As it was my first trip and I hadn't been told it was cash only, I was accompanied to a local cash point. When I confirmed the price was £25, I was told it was infact £35. I told the lady I had been quoted £25, however there was no budging as I of course didn't get a name of the person who told me this. I handed over £35 for a set of nails that were of incredibly low quality, and didn't include a manicure/massage or anything. For £35, I expected MUCH more.
This is probably the best value nail place in soho They are very clean and and extremely quick. Refill doesnt take longer than 30-40min. They have a good polish selection and my nails look perfect when i get out. Will definitely return.
For a quick on the go experience I guess its an OK place to go to, but in terms of an experience, it wasn't a good one at all. place is so small and stuffy, and even though I booked a week in advanced I had to wait. Not a very big choice of colours. the pedicure is probably one of the worst ones I had in awhile, was super quick, and felt more like an express pedicure than an actual full paid one. a 'massage' that was included was about 2 minutes, not pleasant at all. manicure was ok but not more than that. The worst thing was the service which was impersonal, felt rushed. I stayed last so they actually couldn't wait to get rid of me, were rude and impatient and made me feel unwelcome. staff were playing with their phone while I struggled to wear my coat and put on my shoes. looked at me and didn't offer to help. I asked if they can wrap my toes so the pedicure wont be ruined, the girl insisted that it was dry and there is no need. of course when I came home and took my shoes off it was ruined. a total waste of money. if you have another choice of place try to avoid this place!!
As always, a great and quick experience.
