Really nice staff, and was easy to find, and they finished my appointment in good time. Good value for money.

Went in for my usual mani pedi pre booked appointment. 1 hour and 40minutes later and after a lot of waiting around they had only done my toes. Full to the brim with bookings plus taking walk-in's they clearly didn't have enough staff to deal with everyone and should have been turning the walk-in's away. I couldn't wait any longer to have my manicure done and had to leave. A shame as usually they're great here and I walk out with both treatments complete after just over an hour even after they've been done separately. I was not the only disgruntled customer on this occasion. The team were apologetic but sadly weren't doing much to rectify the situation. I would still go back but am now wary of the timings.

Always great service. My nails are well taken care of and they are pros when it comes to the painting!!

Overall the acrylic nail extensions we ok. The price is pretty good for the area, but the service could be improved.
