I was passed around between 3 different nail technicians and had to wait each time for someone to come and start my nails again.. Frustrating!

Been here before and it was fantastic. However this time it wasn't so good. Filed nails too short and charged extra to do my cuticles (even though I paid £33). Quite disappointed.
