The staff we're sweet but did say much, and as this was my first time having eyelash extensions done, I was a little nervous. I asked how long they would be and if they could be as natural as possible - the beautician said 'yes' but then put on totally standard lashes - plastic feeling and long! He wasn't very gentle either and as they did the treatment in a room in the basement of the building(!) his toddler was running around and when you've got your eyes shut for an hour you don't really want to be surrounded by noises! He told me about maintenance afterwards which was helpful, but the lashes are uneven - some are even jabbing me in the eyelid! And while they do look pretty great, I don't think they've been well applied. Plus it would have been really helpful to know they only take CASH!!

Great service - the lady who did my nails was very good!
There was a guy doing people's nails in there who was quite clearly new and very much a beginner, so I was lucky to have the experienced lady!!

It was a last minute thing but they were very helpful. I also did my eyebrows and the assistant did a great job
Amazing venue great treatment satisfied with the results would reccomend to all my friends and collegues will go back for this treatment again

I had to wait over an hour to be seen despite having booked an appointment and the whole process once i was see was rather rushed like I had caused an inconvience
