Been here before and it was fantastic. However this time it wasn't so good. Filed nails too short and charged extra to do my cuticles (even though I paid £33). Quite disappointed.

Staff were very friendly and the pedicure was professionally done and long-lasting.
Had a wonderful massage chair that really relaxed me and I left feeling very pampered as well as that the job was well done!
I'll be back!
The staff was super nice but I don't love the treatment because they were using false shellac products and the manicure service was super basic
Great selection of colours and amazing location - right in the heart of Soho. I would recommend and will be going back. Thank you!
