My experience was awful from start to finish. To begin with this is someone’s flat, which had I know I would not have booked. Had I not paid in advance I would have just left once I realised. The stylist was not welcoming or friendly and seemed annoyed that I was five minutes early for my appointment (even though that’s the norm) and made me stand while he cleaned up from a previous appointment. He has a dog and although I don’t mind dogs there are plenty of people with allergies or phobias so some pre-warning would have been nice, or at least checking this was okay when I got there. But he didn’t do either. He didn’t listen when I asked for a soft cut and accused me of asking for a blunt one when I double checked he wouldn’t be cutting it blunt. I have ended up with a blunt cut which has been cut into which looks awful and raggedy which I’m not pleased about.
I’m sure he’ll reply saying I seemed happy at the time so I will say this - when you unexpectedly end up in someone’s house, someone who is rude and has a clear attitude problem, you are as polite as you can be until you can get out of there. I went here because the reviews were so good and I have no idea why or how but I would not recommend this place at all. I didn’t feel welcome at all during this whole experience and just feel ripped off - and my hair looks worse than when I went in.
