I visited Chris again as I've had amazing colour and haircut from him last time. As expected due to the holidays it was busy, and he ran late dealing with a client with some of the thickest frizziest and gnarled hair I've ever seen! Chris was kind enough to knock a considerable chunk off the bill as an apology, which I was grateful for. My hair still feels long as requested, and he managed to get rid of most of the damage. Happy with the haircut, treatment and the price!
