Best experience ever. Arrived for my booking, greeted by friendly Chris who offered refreshments/magazine & had music on. We discussed what I wanted to achieve with highlights: brights/luminous/blond & also nourishing treatment. Chris was efficient, professional & friendly. Also enjoyed not being rushed a u do often in salon. Couldnt rate it high enough. 100/10
