The place is at a back of a very busy uninviting nail shop. She used hot was at my request and was very messy with it as though she didn't know how to use it. Subsequently burning my top lip with it, which left a small blister. I would never use this place again and would not recommend it!

I paid for the service my appointment was for 2:30 pm then I received a text message around 11:30 the day of appointment to say that the equipment was faulty therefore my appointment would need to be cancelled , Yousaf informed me that she could not cancel it , I would need to do myself in order to get a full refund , I went on the site to cancel as instructed when Completing the form I was advised that I would not be eligible for a refund as I had not cancelled out of the 24hr window , Fraud !!

I booked ‘mix wax’ Hollywood, it wasn’t clear from the booking but this was majority strip wax with just very inner areas done with hot wax. Not the most thorough but the therapist was very friendly
