Been here before and good treatment, but very Disappointing experience this time (had eyebrow and Hollywood wax then mini facial) treatments were very rushed and careless, have woken up this morning with burns on my eyebrows and bikini line, and facial more time was spent waiting for the mask and rest of treatment rushed, appointment finished 20 mins early so wasn’t rushed for lack of time.

My eyebrows ended up slightly crooked as too much was taken from the inside of my brow. With the strip lashes I was immediately told to open my after the lash was applied. The glue was a lot stronger than usual and instantly my eye was irritated and I had to quickly close my eyes. Afterwards my eyes were continuously watering and within 2mins of walking out the shop I had to take them off because my eyes wouldn't stop watering. I dont know what kind of glue that was as I have no allergies and regularly get semi permanent lashes. I definitely didn't enjoy my experience here as it turned out to be an absolute waste of money
