I booked ‘mix wax’ Hollywood, it wasn’t clear from the booking but this was majority strip wax with just very inner areas done with hot wax. Not the most thorough but the therapist was very friendly

The lashes were a different shape on each eye. I’d add a picture if you were allowed. The lashes were not placed individually and as a consequence have pulled out some of my lashes. I can see that one lash extension had 3 natural lashes attached to it. They were too close to my eye lid and have irritated my eyes. The room stank of chemicals from the nail bar which gave me a headache.
