cheap and no frills is the only way to describe it. tiny little room in the back of a salon and the lady was quick and efficient. definitely no frills. I guess you can't expect more when it's £20 for a hollywood. there was no chit chat just straight to it. not sure I'd book again not for such an intimate wax anyway. sometimes you need a bit of friendliness when nervous
