Kirsty has cut my hair before, but I've been self isolating since March so I was Desperate for a trim. I realised straightaway that all the new safety precautions were in place and Kirsty was very reassuring to explain all the procedures. I washed my hands first and Kirsty took my temperature and I wore my mask. My hair was shampooed for safety reasons and the seating was screened off and my coat was placed in a carrier bag. Kirsty discussed my trim with me and I must say it looks really great.
