Really relaxed and professional. There was a training going on ( as my biosculpture lady is going on maternity leave) . I have total confidence the new girl Isabella ( who is just as sweet) will keep up the standards because on my next appointment she will be treating me under Sarah's supervision to ensure the rope is passed flawlessly. Ps: I have very fragile ( paper thin) nails due to my genetic condition and a constant vertical split due to damaged nail bed; feeding them with biosculpture since September last year have completely transformed them... Looking and feeling more feminine now that I don't see baby nails on my tiny hands... I call Sarah my "Nail Fairy "
