Emma is professional, nice and polite. It was a good experience and the results of the treatment are already visible. A nice little beauty room, and the treatment is definitely worth of money spent.
Face Peel
The lady was lovely but the wax was not hot enough and she covered the entire area with wax and just ripped it all off in one go and told me that it was my fault it hurt so much because I had 'strong hairs' I have never been in so much pain and I have regular waxes. I was left bright red, bumpy and bleeding. I will definitely not be going there again.
Hollywood Waxing
The massage was generally good and the staff were lovely however the atmosphere and ambience could have been better. It was absolutely fine but no extra touches.
