Eyelash Extensions
Overall great service, venue and staff. What took me as a surprise is that the clinic is below the pharmacy so you may almost feel like you're in the wrong place, also the person performing the lazer procedure was a man; not a problem at all but as I had been liaising with a lady I wasn't at all expecting a man. Nonetheless, he was an experienced Doctor and 100% professional. As with most places, room for improvement would be the wait time before being seen.
The laser use itself was fine, it was the first time I had used that particular laser 'Fotona' and the mechanisms and uses were fully explained to me before proceeding to a patch test. I was given the opportunity and felt comfortable enough to express pain tolerance and scaring concerns.
Still awaiting results, however it is highly likely I will be back for more laser treatments.
Laser Hair Removal
I was a little nervous about this treatment, but it was such an amazing experience! Was put right at ease and felt like Dr Hasham was truly invested in fufulling my hopes, and was as excited as I was about the incredible results! Will definitely be going back for any future treatments. Thank you!

Hollywood Waxing
It was really good. The Lycon wax is cream-based which I found a lot better than most hot wax. I still prefer strip, but this was probably my least painful hot wax experience. The waxer (I think it was Emma) was lovely, polite and friendly. It made the experience all the better and I would definitely recommend the clinic and the service and will probably be back again soon. Great job, great vibes.
