Sophie was very professional & talked through each part of the treatment. The environment was made very relaxing with calming music & candles, I could smell the candle as soon as I walked up the stairs. The treatment I had was the Cinderella facial, my face felt & looked amazing. I would highly recommended anyone who fancies a pamper to go for this, you won’t regret it x
The salon is lovely, clean and has extremely welcoming staff. Sophie makes you feel at ease, relaxed and in safe hands. I really felt like my individual requirements and needs were met and I wasn’t just another client.
I have had two treatments at Total Enhancement, Lipstick Tattooing and Hair Stroke Brows, and I have been delighted with the results of both.
The first treatment I had was my brows and I wanted a natural look; Sophie worked with me until she had perfected a natural looking brow line for me, whilst giving me a fuller fluffy look after years of over plucking.
My lips were a real treat, and I’m so happy I had them done, I now rarely wear lipstick as I have a defined lip line and pretty colour!
Didnt know Sophie existed if it wasnt for Treatwell. Made me feel very welcome and really took the time with the treatment, a lot more thorough than my previous treatment elsewhere. Would definitely recommend and will be back in 4/6 weeks 🙂
