Tracey is friendly, however I had requested that the hot wax be used as previously I become irritated below from the strip wax. Tracey told me on the day of the wax that she didn't have enough for the whole wax and the majority was done with the strip wax. On previous visits I have said about using the hot wax and she has pushed the strip wax which is why I requested in advance so that there was no confusion.
