Dyed my hair badly at home and needed a root fix. Instead the lady died my roots completely white and left the rest of my hair yellow when it was previously fine. There were random patches of yellow in the back of my head when that area was fine. Had to go to another hairdresser immediately afterwards to fix it luckily they helped a lot with toner. Very unhappy
