A lovely, quiet and relaxing experience where the staff were kind and considerate to my requests. I would definitely recommend the service here at Total Relaxation whether it's a hair or beauty treatment.

Francine was really good, very kind and waxing was not painful. The only thing I would suggest is to double check that there is no hair or wax after the waxing treatment, as I had a few hair left on my legs and some wax I had to remove with some body oil; also I think costs are a bit expensive.
It is very convenient as I live in Bar Hill and I can walk to the salon. Staff members are all very nice. I reccomend Total Relaxation if you live nearby and don't want to waste all your time in getting into city centre and have a treatment done.
