Staff were friendly, only issue was finding the venue as it is well hidden but there is a big sign (if you are standing in the right place). Hot stone massage was pleasant experience but no effects felt afterwards, which may or may not be usual.

A warm welcome on arrival. Megan was friendly, pleasant and professional. Very pleased with my nails. Loved being able to look out of the window and watch the world go by while relaxing. Thank you for a pleasant experience
