My only issue with my experience is that I'm used to deep heavy massages and I was there to sort my neck out, though I had a light massage that was more focussed on my back. It did me good and relaxed very well into it - though my neck is still sore.
I was welcomed, seen early, friendly/professional chat, I can't complain about anything though maybe I should have said I like it rough and tough to get through the stiffness of my neck.
My therapist was a 19 year old woman full of personality!

I was nervous to get my nails done as I haven’t had them before but Katie was so lovely and friendly and made it such a breeze to relax and get my nails done, quality was lovely and nails last really well - absolute lovely experience and I will be coming back!
