Would highly recommend. Had a huge knot in my shoulder and got instant relief! Felt like a new person the next day! Rick was very skilled and professional. Also lots of Covid procedures in place so it felt very safe. Will definitely return.
Matt really knew what he was talking about! Fully explained what was happening with my leg pain, Identified all my problem areas . Really effective treatment and a course of exercises to get me back on track. Looking forward to my next appointment.
