First visit for 2020 and boy have I been looking forward to it as a more senior gym goer I do feel the stiffness in the colder weather. Always feel 210% better after my treatment. Thanks again George for keeping this Old Classic Road worthy 🙏

Great sports massage, this was my 2nd visit to total sports rehabilitation with Rick and would highly recommend.
Really impressed with both Rick and George and the treatment provided. Identified the issue with my back and carried out the appropriate treatment, which helped ease the pain and tension in my back. Symptoms have now eased off considerably but will book in again in January to ensure I’m in a condition to go back to the gym.
