Would definitely go again and I can feel the difference in my back and shoulders already.
Excellent treatment as always. Very talented staff, and as you always are the same therapist you get high quality treatment either whether it's for short term injuries or long standing issues. The best Sports Rehab place I've ever found having lived in various parts of the UK, and I would never go anywhere else.

Brilliant, Matt took the time to discuss my issues and then after a short assessment identified some issues. Treatment was excellent and relaxed and specific to my issues, and took the time to discuss what to do moving forward to alleviate issues.
Will book again to ensure the best results .

Nice small gym, Aiden was personable and professional and helped to explain the problems I've been having with my calves - would go back again!
