Would not recommend at all!! Really unfortunate experience in every way for gel mani & pedi. I arrived 15mins after my appointment time, but had called earlier to give ample warning of my delayed arrival time. When I got there I was told I could only do one treatment because of the time, which I wasn't told on the phone when I rang to say I would be late. I was then told off for having gel polish on already, and was informed it would be an additional £9 each for hands and feet gel removal - despite this being included in the description at the time of booking. I was treated very rudely and the whole experience was really upsetting, so I decided to leave without having anything done as I felt so jarred by it all. When I said I didn't want to proceed with the service and asked politely for a refund, I was told by the manicurist that she would 'have to think about it' and I could take it up with Treatwell. I called Treatwell straight away and they said they would need to speak to the shop owner about it as it's out of their hands. Surprising no one, it turns out she did refuse the refund in the end! So I paid £35 for nothing but a traumatic experience and a waste of time - then had to scramble around Friday evening looking for another salon that could take me. And Total X-Cape got paid for having done no service at all! Avoid!

Not a pedicure at all, my heels and feet feels rough as anything. No proper equipment. Wouldn’t go back again.

very lovely staff! interior could use a bit of updating but it didnt bother me at all! its recommended to have a few sessions of this treatment to see a difference!
