The staff was nice and very professional and the place is clean and tidy. After a day the shellac started to come off on one of my nails... that is why I gave them 3 stars. I had to pay extra for the removal of my previous shellac so make sure you check / book for that or just take it off at home!

As other reviews have said, the salon itself is not luxurious at all and could do with redecorating. However, my eyelash extensions looked great and still look almost exactly the same a week and a half later. Although not chatty during the treatment as I'm used to, Doreen was friendly and I felt comfortable. The treatment ran on time and there was relaxing music playing throughout. Despite the appearance of the salon I think they provide great treatments and the value for money is amazing, especially for London.
